Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tells Dutch premier Mark Rutte that Israel will not leave the terror battalions in Rafah alone and the war will continue until total victory over Hamas is achieved. Rutte calls for Israeli operations to quickly and significantly reduce their intensity and warns of catastrophic humanitarian consequences in Rafah. He also calls for an immediate ceasefire and a lasting end to the conflict, including a Palestinian state.
