Foraging Jerusalem restaurateur grasps the nettle, and the morel, to reopen after Oct. 7

Moshe Basson, the owner of Jerusalem restaurant Eucalyptus, has decided to reopen after closing due to an attack by Hamas terrorists. Basson, known for his foraging skills, was inspired to reopen after finding a bumper crop of morel mushrooms. He plans to incorporate wild greens and fungi into the menu, along with seasonal favorites such as nettles and wood sorrel. Basson's restaurant offers a unique farm-to-table experience and his cookbook, 'The Eucalyptus Cookbook,' features over 100 recipes of his trademark dishes.
