English-language spokesman Eylon Levy, suspended by Prime Minister's Office, formally steps down

Eylon Levy, the English-language spokesman at the Prime Minister's Office who was suspended three weeks ago, has formally stepped down from the role. Levy changed his bio on X to 'Former Israeli Government Spokesman' and tweeted about speaking up for Israel. In an interview, Levy expressed his disbelief that his suspension was about a tweet to David Cameron and discussed the need for improving crisis communications. He also denied reports that Sara Netanyahu sought his ouster and emphasized the importance of pushing back against anti-Semitism and propaganda against Israel.
