Russia says 4 arrested for funding, arming Moscow concert attackers

Russia's FSB security service has arrested four people for funding and arming the attackers responsible for the deadly attack on a Moscow concert hall last month. The FSB stated that the group was directly involved in financing and supplying terrorist means to the perpetrators of the attack. The arrests were made in the southern Dagestan region. Russian authorities had previously announced the arrests of 12 people connected to the attack, including the four suspected gunmen. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack, but Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested a Ukrainian and Western connection.
