UAE suspending use of maritime aid corridor after deadly strike

The United Arab Emirates is suspending the use of the maritime aid corridor to Gaza after an Israeli strike killed seven people working for the World Central Kitchen aid group. The UAE is pausing humanitarian aid efforts pending further safety guarantees and a full investigation. The UAE has been the main financier for aid through the maritime corridor, and the World Central Kitchen had arranged the missions.
