A man was discovered dead in southern Tel Aviv with signs of violence on his body, prompting police to investigate the scene. Earlier in the evening, a woman in her 30s was shot near Kafr Qasim, an Arab city in central Israel. Paramedics found her in critical condition and attempted resuscitation during transport to the hospital, but she did not survive. Authorities are currently handling both incidents.
