Israeli military and police forces successfully prevented an attempted smuggling operation in the northern Jordan Valley on Friday. During the operation, two firearms were discovered and a suspect was apprehended by soldiers. Both the suspect and the seized weapons have been handed over to security authorities for further investigation and processing.
