The IDF has revealed the military moves and intelligence process that led to the discovery of Hamas's terror tunnel at Al-Shifa Hospital. The IDF entered the complex by blowing through a side wall near a booby-trapped pickup truck to quickly reach the Qatar facility. After destroying a suspicious-looking structure, the hidden top of the tunnel was detected. The IDF found that the tunnel had a long spiral stairwell and was stopped by thick reinforced doors. Israeli intelligence estimates that more tunnels are likely to be found soon.
