Israeli troops are expanding their operation in the Gaza Strip as Qatari mediators say they are close to a deal to free some of the 240 hostages held by Hamas militants. Israel has warned residents of Gaza's largest refugee camp and a nearby coastal camp to evacuate as they continue their operations. The military has targeted areas such as Jabalia, where more than 80 people were killed in twin strikes on Saturday. The Israeli army said that an incident in the Jabalia region is under review. The World Health Organization has called Gaza's largest hospital, Al-Shifa, a 'death zone' and has evacuated thirty-one premature babies from the facility.
