Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi called on the world to pressure Israel to stop its attacks on Gaza, particularly the Indonesian Hospital that was targeted, resulting in civilian casualties. Marsudi condemned the attack as a violation of international humanitarian laws and urged countries with close relations to Israel to use their influence to stop the atrocities. Three Indonesian volunteers from a nongovernmental organization remain missing at the hospital. The hospital, which was funded by the organization, has been unable to take in new patients due to a lack of medical supplies. Israeli forces have been accused of killing thousands of Palestinians, with the majority being women and children.
