Israel Police officer Sapir Cohen was rushed to Sderot on October 7 after being shot in the leg by Hamas terrorists. Despite her injury, Cohen managed to escape the gunfire and seek help. She contacted the police and received guidance from the mayor of Sderot. Insp. Shay Samadja and his team bravely rescued Cohen amidst the ongoing shooting. Cohen expressed her gratitude towards her colleagues and vowed to support the victims of the Hamas massacre.
