The Slovak Republic Embassy in Riyadh hosted a reception in the Ishbilia Compound's Main Hall to celebrate Slovak National Day, which marks the day Slovakia regained its freedom and began to build a democratic system. The ambassador of the Slovak Republic, Rudolf Michalka, hosted the reception to introduce the country to others and celebrate its culture. The event was attended by ambassadors, businessmen, and friends of the embassy, including representatives from the EU, China, and African and Middle Eastern nations. The ambassador expressed his hope to strengthen cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Slovakia in areas such as tourism and cultural exchange.
