Eighteen boys and girls from Bet Elazraki Children's Home in Netanya, Israel, will run a half marathon in Daytona Beach, Florida, in honor of the quick release of Israeli hostages from Hamas captivity. The children have been running every year in memory of an IDF soldier who fell in battle, and this year they specifically asked to run for the Israeli abductees in Gaza as well. The marathon is a major event that participants from all over the world join, and it is the second year that the team from Bet Elazraki will be participating. The children see the run as an opportunity to overcome difficulties and prove that they are winners, and this year they are also running for the hostages held by Hamas.
