UN agency says aid shipment blocked in Israeli port

The main United Nations agency providing aid to Palestinians in Gaza is facing administrative hurdles from Israel, with a shipment of food blocked in port. Israel has alleged that 12 staff members with the agency were involved in an attack on Israel, leading to donor countries suspending funding. As a result, a shipment from Turkey consisting of supplies for 1.1 million people for a month was blocked in the port. Gaza is facing a growing humanitarian emergency, with hundreds of thousands facing deprivation and hunger.
