Hundreds of Brothers in Arms activists arrived in the ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of Mea Shearim in Jerusalem to call for the drafting of the IDF alongside the ultra-Orthodox residents. Riots broke out between the activists and neighborhood residents, with some residents throwing eggs and objects. The activists also hung up Pashkevilim, which are posters with current news in Orthodox communities. Two residents were arrested during the riots, one for damaging a police motorcycle and the other for burning an Israeli flag. The Brothers in Arms movement called for unity and equality in the burden of military service.
