Nine in 10 Gazans displaced since war began, says UN - Times of India

The UN humanitarian agency estimates that nine in every 10 people in the Gaza Strip have been internally displaced at least once since the war between Israel and Hamas began. About 1.9 million individuals in Gaza are currently displaced, according to the agency. The Israeli military operations have divided the Gaza Strip into two parts, with 300,000 to 350,000 people trapped in the northern section. The conflict, which erupted after Hamas's attack on southern Israel, has resulted in 1,195 deaths, mostly civilians, and at least 37,953 deaths in Gaza, predominantly civilians.
