The Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India (OPPI) has appointed Bhushan Akshikar as its president for a term of two years. Akshikar is currently the managing director of GSK Pharma and has over 13 years of experience in key leadership roles. He plans to collaborate with the government to enhance access to innovation for patients in the healthcare sector. OPPI aims to create a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable healthcare future for India.
