Mamdani has also announced he will no longer use the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition of antisemitism.

Additionally, Mamdani has accused Israel of war crimes in Gaza and has pledged to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visits New York City, referencing the International Criminal Court's warrant, despite the United States not being a member of the court.
