Israeli security forces forcibly evicted residents from two homesteads in Samaria and the Hebron Hills just before Shabbat, arresting several individuals and confiscating property. In both locations, officers reportedly used severe violence, including beating and choking residents, tearing beards, and attempting to burn or seize personal belongings. Efforts to confiscate flocks of sheep were halted after large groups of Israelis gathered in protest. The evictions continued into Shabbat, with officers threatening further arrests, including of families with infants. After Shabbat, residents condemned the actions as unprecedented persecution and called on the Defense Minister to intervene and halt the campaign.
