Member of Parliament Michal Woldiger from the Religious Zionist Party has voiced her opposition to the current version of the proposed Draft Law, stating she cannot support it without significant changes. In an interview, Woldiger explained that her faction is working on amendments aimed at meaningfully advancing the enlistment of the haredi population into the army. She emphasized that the initiative is not politically motivated but is focused solely on increasing haredi participation in various military roles, including combat positions.
