Residential property transactions across Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and the central region, Haifa and the north, and Beersheva and the south highlight continued activity in the housing market. In Jerusalem, apartments ranging from 53 to 122 square meters were sold in neighborhoods including Ramat Beit Hakerem, Ramot Bet, Bayit Vegan, and Kiryat Yovel, with prices spanning from 2.14 million shekels to 4.85 million shekels.
In Tel Aviv, apartments in areas such as Bavli, Neve Ofer, Ramot Tzahala, and Neve Eliezer sold for between 1.8 million and 4 million shekels. Additional transactions in Rishon Lezion and Petah Tikva showed prices ranging from 1.55 million to 4.07 million shekels, depending on size, floor level, and parking availability.
In Haifa, sales included apartments priced between 1.07 million and 2.38 million shekels in neighborhoods such as Upper Hadar, Ramat Almogi, and Shamboor. In the south, Yerucham recorded significantly lower prices, with deals ranging from 460,000 shekels to 1.35 million shekels. All transactions were recently reported to the Israel Tax Authority.
