A 24-year-old man was shot and killed in the central town of Tira, adding to the wave of violent crime in the Arab community. The victim, Sabri Mazen Mardi, was set to get married in a month. The police are investigating the killing but no arrests have been made. With Mardi's murder, a total of 77 Arabs have been killed in violent criminal incidents this year.
