Police arrest two grandchildren of Rabbi Dov Lior for throwing things at cars

Police in Jerusalem arrested two grandchildren of Rabbi Dov Lior, aged 12 and 19, after receiving reports that objects were being thrown at passing cars near the rabbi's home. The incident occurred adjacent to the a-Tur neighborhood, and the two were taken for questioning at the Shalem police station in East Jerusalem. Family members stated that the grandchildren had been throwing water balloons and other items at vehicles as a prank while visiting their grandfather. Rabbi Dov Lior is known as a prominent religious Zionist leader and former chief rabbi of the West Bank settlement of Kiryat Arba.
