According to the statement, Belarus's President Alexander Lukashenko and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian met in Minsk, officially to discuss economic cooperation. However, Ukrainian officials claim that Tehran is seeking help specifically to restore its air defense and electronic warfare capabilities.
