Ashraf al-Mansi, a militia leader in northern Gaza, has publicly denied claims that Hamas harmed members of his group, stating that such rumors are false. In a video posted on social media, al-Mansi announced that his militia has taken control of several areas in northern Gaza and is working to expand its presence, aiming to enable residents to safely return to their homes.
He issued a warning to Hamas, declaring that any approach by the group to militia-controlled areas would be met with the same treatment that Hamas gives to militia members. This statement comes amid circulating footage of executions carried out by Hamas in Gaza City. According to recent reports, at least 30 people affiliated with groups opposing Hamas have been killed since the start of the ceasefire.
