A male ostrich escaped from the Ramat Gan Safari earlier today, surprising residents as it wandered through the nearby Ramat Chen neighborhood. The bird made its way out of the entrance gate as it was closing and roamed freely for a short time. Handlers from the safari park safely retrieved the ostrich after sedating it, ensuring its safe return home. The park has launched an investigation into the incident to prevent similar escapes in the future.
