A group of eleven Holocaust survivors has called on British politician Nigel Farage to issue a sincere apology after reports emerged alleging he made antisemitic remarks during his school years. The survivors, in a letter seen by the Guardian, emphasized the dangers of hateful language and urged Farage to honestly address the accusations, which include claims that he praised Hitler and mocked the Holocaust. Several of Farage's former classmates have contradicted his denial of the allegations, insisting that he intentionally targeted students with racist abuse. The survivors stressed that those seeking public office must not normalize antisemitic hatred and urged Farage to take moral responsibility for his actions.
