Pennsylvania elementary school principal to be fired for antisemitism

The Wissahickon School District in Pennsylvania is seeking to terminate Phillip Leddy, principal of Lower Gwynedd Elementary School, after he made antisemitic remarks during a conversation with another school employee. Leddy's comments were inadvertently recorded in a voicemail to a parent, and he later acknowledged making them. The remarks included offensive stereotypes about Jewish people and references to their supposed control over financial institutions. The district responded quickly, initiating the process for Leddy's dismissal, while the other employee involved has been placed on paid administrative leave for not challenging the comments.
