The United States Central Command has reinforced its military presence in the Middle East with the arrival of an F-15 fighter jet squadron, responding to ongoing tensions with Iran. A photo released by the command shows an F-15E from the 494th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron landing at an undisclosed location in the region. This deployment follows the squadron's previous mission in April 2024, when it was sent to counter drone and missile attacks on Israel. Officials state that the presence of these jets is intended to enhance combat readiness and support regional security. In addition, the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group is en route to the Middle East, further increasing the United States' military capabilities in the area.
