Teva Israel Ltd. has announced a recall of certain cans of Nutrilon Stage 1 infant formula after receiving a notification from the European manufacturer, Nutricia. The recall targets a specific batch due to the detection of cereulide toxin levels above newly revised safety thresholds in Europe. The affected product is Nutrilon Stage 1, 800 grams, with batch number 2027.01.07 and barcode 8712400802499, produced on July 8, 2025, and expiring July 1, 2027. Most of the batch did not reach stores, but the public is urged not to use the product and to contact customer service for more information. The recall is a precautionary measure coordinated with the Health Ministry, as the toxin may cause gastrointestinal symptoms in infants.
