Producer Firoz Nadiadwala has confirmed that the fourth installment of the comedy franchise Welcome is currently in advanced stages of scripting. He revealed that the upcoming film will feature a multi-villain storyline, with several antagonists coming together alongside popular characters such as Uday Bhai, Majnu Bhai and Dr. Ghungroo. The project is being written with specific actors in mind, and further details will be announced soon.
Nadiadwala shared that the film is being planned on a grand scale, particularly in terms of music and action. The soundtrack is expected to feature a multi-cultural collaboration with artists from the Middle East, Africa, the United States of America and China. He described the scale of the conflict in the film as explosive, hinting at an intense cinematic experience.
Meanwhile, the third installment, Welcome to the Jungle, has been completed and is scheduled for release on June 26. Addressing rumors about delays, Nadiadwala dismissed them and credited the cast and crew, including Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Suniel Shetty and director Ahmed Khan, for executing a large-scale production involving helicopters, horses and high-end cars. It remains unclear whether Kumar will headline the fourth film.
