An operative from Hezbollah who fired an anti-tank missile at Israeli troops in southern Lebanon was killed in a subsequent drone strike, according to the Israeli military.

The missile attack targeted Israeli forces earlier in the day but caused no injuries or damage. Hezbollah said it had aimed at an Israeli tank during the incident.

Shortly afterward, an Israeli Air Force drone struck near the village of Arnoun, killing the operative along with other members of the group who were with him, the military said.
