A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to restore the visa of an Ohio State University graduate student who was arrested at an anti-Israel protest. The student, Ahwar Sultan, filed a lawsuit alleging that his F-1 student visa was unlawfully terminated after his participation in the protest. The judge ruled that the administration must immediately return Sultan's visa and cannot modify his record based solely on his arrest. A later hearing will allow officials to explain the reasoning for the status change.
