In the north, Haifa and Kiryat Motzkin recorded sales of apartments ranging from under one million to over two and a half million shekels, depending on size and location. In the south, Ofakim's apartment sales were notably lower in price, with several three-room apartments sold for around one million shekels. All reported deals were listed on the Israel Tax Authority website.
