In the Tel Aviv and central region, apartments in Givatayim and Hod Hasharon fetched prices from just over two million to more than four million shekels, with properties varying in size and amenities such as parking spaces. Rosh Ha'ayin saw sales of both smaller and larger apartments, with prices reflecting the number of rooms and features.

In the north, Haifa and Kiryat Motzkin recorded sales of apartments ranging from under one million to over two and a half million shekels, depending on size and location. In the south, Ofakim's apartment sales were notably lower in price, with several three-room apartments sold for around one million shekels. All reported deals were listed on the Israel Tax Authority website.
