Norway soccer federation says it will donate profits from Israel...

The Norwegian soccer federation has announced plans to donate all profits from its upcoming World Cup qualifying match against Israel to humanitarian aid efforts in Gaza. The federation emphasized its stance against the suffering and disproportionate attacks faced by civilians in Gaza, stating that organizations cannot remain indifferent to the crisis. Ticket sales for the match, scheduled for October 11 in Oslo, are expected to be affected by increased security measures, which may reduce stadium capacity. In response, the Israeli soccer federation urged Norway to also condemn the attacks and hostage-taking by Hamas and called for assurances that donated funds would not support terrorist organizations. Norway currently leads its qualifying group, with Israel unable to host games at home due to ongoing security concerns.
