Israeli forces have destroyed a tunnel used by Hamas militants to launch an attack on a military post in Gaza. The tunnel, stretching approximately 800 meters, served as the entry point for at least four militants who attempted to storm a fortified position. Alert reservists on guard responded quickly, opening fire and repelling the assault. Additional troops joined the defense, resulting in the deaths of at least two attackers, while the remaining militants retreated back into the tunnel.
