France's anti-terror unit has detained three individuals in connection with a suspected terror threat linked to Salah Abdeslam, the only surviving perpetrator of the 2015 Paris attacks. Abdeslam, currently imprisoned, was questioned regarding the illicit possession of a USB memory stick, which is believed to have been used to transfer jihadist propaganda. The investigation has been expanded to include allegations of terrorist conspiracy aimed at preparing a crime against individuals. Among those detained is Abdeslam's partner, who had maintained correspondence with him prior to being allowed visitation. The probe comes as France prepares to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the deadly attacks that killed 130 people in Paris and Saint-Denis.
