Rabbi Avraham Price was recognized early for his scholarly abilities, receiving rabbinic ordination at just 18 after passing a challenging exam administered by the Avnei Nezer. He initially built a successful career in real estate and banking, but was forced to flee with nothing when the Nazis came to power. Resettling in Toronto, he became a central figure in the Jewish community, leading the Torat Chaim Yeshiva for nearly four decades. He also served as the head of the Toronto Rabbinical Court until his passing, leaving a lasting legacy.
