With the conclusion of the conflict in Gaza and the resumption of international flights, Israel is expecting a significant influx of visitors this December. The Ministry of Tourism anticipates around 130,000 arrivals, including approximately 40,000 Christian pilgrims coming to celebrate Christmas at various holy sites. To accommodate the festivities, the ministry has invested over 600,000 shekels in infrastructure improvements and festive decorations in Nazareth, a major destination for Christian travelers. Additional funds have been allocated for marketing Christmas events to attract both international and local tourists.
