Fifteen people were injured during a violent attack at a tire factory in Mishima, west of Tokyo. Authorities say a 38-year-old former employee allegedly stabbed eight individuals and wounded seven others with a chemical believed to be bleach. The suspect, who was reportedly carrying a survival knife and wearing a gas mask, was apprehended at the scene. Five of the stabbing victims are in serious condition, while all those injured were taken to local hospitals. The motive for the attack remains unclear as the investigation continues.
