The new branch will cover 7,000 square meters at the Bar-On site on Etzel Street, with an investment estimated at up to 24 million shekels. This expansion is part of Fox Wizel's rapid growth of the Greek retail chain in Israel, where it already operates four giant stores and plans additional locations in cities such as Ashdod, Kfar Sava, Jerusalem, Nazareth, Karmiel, and Ashkelon.
The Rishon LeZion store will offer a wide variety of products, including toys, stationery, household goods, cleaning products, and toiletries, with more than half of the items priced below ten shekels. The chain features international brands like Barbie, Disney, Fisher Price, and My Little Pony. Fox Wizel also holds the franchise for Jumbo Greece in Canada, further expanding the brand's international footprint.
The agreement for the new store was signed in the presence of local officials and company executives, who highlighted the city's growing commercial appeal and the significance of the collaboration. The project is expected to strengthen Rishon LeZion's position as a major retail destination.
