In Tel Aviv, prices for apartments varied significantly depending on location and size, with a five-room apartment in the city center fetching over NIS 8 million. Holon and Ganei Tikvah also saw multiple sales, including both modest and spacious properties, some with multiple parking spaces.

In Rehovot, a large eight-room house on a sizable lot was sold for over NIS 8 million. In the north, Haifa's real estate market included several sales, from a five-room apartment in Neve Shaanan to more affordable options in Kiryat Haim East. Shlomi recorded sales of both four-room and three-room apartments at lower price points. All these transactions were recently published by the Israel Tax Authority.
