Israel's high technology sector is experiencing a slowdown in hiring during the ongoing war, but recruitment has not come to a halt. According to Shiri Vax, chief executive of GotFriends, public perception suggests the job market has stalled, yet company data indicates continued activity.

Vax said that during periods of uncertainty, there is often a feeling that the market has frozen, but the reality is different. Most high technology companies are still recruiting, though they are doing so in a more focused and cautious manner, adjusting their hiring strategies rather than stopping them entirely.
