Iranian Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi called for continued action against the Islamic Republic’s leadership while urging that Iran’s civilian infrastructure be protected. He stressed that Iran should not be equated with its ruling system, declaring that 'Iran is not the Islamic Republic' and insisting that the country’s infrastructure belongs to its people and to the future of a free nation.
Pahlavi described the regime’s infrastructure as a tool of repression and said it must be dismantled, but he appealed to President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to avoid damaging facilities essential for civilian life and future reconstruction. He said Iranians would need this infrastructure to rebuild the country and expressed hope that, with support from the United States and Israel, Iran’s freedom was within reach.
His comments come as fighting between Israel and Iran intensifies, with missile and drone attacks striking population centers and key sites. Strikes attributed to Israel and the United States have targeted facilities inside Iran, including energy-related locations, some of which also serve civilian needs, while both sides threaten further escalation across the region.
