Firefighters are battling a brush fire in the Judean Desert east of Jerusalem, specifically along the Ein Prat stream in a nature reserve. At the same time, a fire near the safari in Ramat Gan was quickly extinguished. Fire and Rescue Service planes have been dispatched to the scene, and firefighters are also working to rescue hikers in the area. The fires do not currently pose a danger to hikers or residents, and the West Bank District Commander is conducting a situational assessment.
