Despite efforts, the legal team has been unable to locate Masri to serve him with a summons, prompting them to request alternative methods of notification, such as publication in an Israeli newspaper. Masri, who recently resigned from a position at Harvard following the lawsuit, has denied all allegations through his office, stating his opposition to violence.
