A recent survey by the Israel Democracy Institute reveals that reports of antisemitic and anti-Israel incidents abroad are significantly influencing travel decisions among Israelis. Among Jewish Israelis with booked travel plans, seventy-six percent say such incidents have affected their plans, with over half changing their destination and more than one fifth deciding not to travel at all. Arab Israelis are also impacted, with sixty-five percent reporting changes to their travel plans, including a notable portion opting not to travel. The findings highlight growing concerns over safety and discrimination for Israelis considering international travel.
