An Israeli drone strike in southern Lebanon has resulted in the death of a member of Hezbollah's elite Radwan force, according to military sources. The operative was reportedly active in the Deir Seryan area, which the Israeli military claims was a breach of the ongoing ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon. Since the ceasefire agreement in November 2024, Israeli forces have maintained a presence in parts of Lebanon and report having killed over 230 Hezbollah members in similar operations, citing violations of the truce.
