Israeli military chief Eyal Zamir has declared that the army will continue its offensive operations against threats in multiple regions, following recent targeted strikes on senior figures from Hamas and other groups. Zamir emphasized that the campaign is ongoing, with particular focus on Hamas leaders who remain outside of Gaza, vowing that they too will be pursued. The assessment took place at the Northern Command, where intelligence and plans for the next phase of the Gaza campaign were reviewed.
Zamir also addressed the recent recovery of the bodies of two hostages, reaffirming the military's commitment to returning all hostages, both living and deceased. He thanked reservists preparing for intensified operations in Gaza City, stating that the mission is not yet complete. Additionally, Zamir assured northern residents of continued security efforts, noting that some children will return to school for the first time since the conflict began.
