Diana Pundole, a 32-year-old racer from Pune, is set to become the first Indian woman to compete internationally in a Ferrari. She will participate in the Ferrari Club Challenge Middle East from November 2025 to April 2026, driving the high-performance 296 Challenge car across renowned Formula One tracks in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Pundole's journey began in 2018, and she has since achieved several podium finishes in various racing events. Her entry into this prestigious championship marks a significant milestone for Indian women in motorsport, aiming to inspire more women to pursue racing at the highest levels.
Her historic participation is seen as a proud moment for women in Indian motorsport, highlighting the growing representation and achievements of Indian athletes on the global stage.
